This comfortable villa is located at walking distance of the small town of Milladoiro, and 5 Km from Santiago de Compostela, in a quiet residential area with just another few houses.

In Milladoiro you have bars, bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

The house is sited on a large plot of land ( 1500 m2) all enclosed, with a secluded private pool (10x4m), garage, barbecue area, basket ball ground, patio with dinning area, etc.

Downstairs there is a sitting room, dinning room, kitchen, and a large living room, with a gallery which can be fully opened on to a patio, with garden table and chairs to enjoy a drink or a meal. There are also one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms ( One double and two twin) and a large play room. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
