Description of the Sarasota vacation condo rental

$500 a week come enjoy a luxury stay in a 2 B/R condo a park like complex w/assigned parking spot for your car. 10 minutes away from Sarasota airport.

The bedrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor & full bath connected to the Master Bedroom. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, plenty of closet space w/linens, towels & an iron provided in the upstairs closet.

Downstairs we have the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender & a ceiling fan.

Small hall leading to the dinning room area has an additional closet and 1.5 bath.

In the Living Room there is a Flat screen TV, comfortable couches & a coffee table.

There is a grill outside the Lanai area to use for barbecue. The washer & dyer is located in a closet by the Lanai area.

Amenities: Central Air Conditioning & Heat. Swim & relax in our outdoor heated pool or enjoy a game of basketball or tennis on our well maintained courts.
We are located 5 minutes away from the world’s best and most beautiful beach “Siesta Key” where you can enjoy plenty of activities such as swimming, yachting, jet skiing, parasailing, golf, tennis, boating, bicycle, motorcycle rentals, wave runners and much more. There are outdoor restaurants and plenty of shops also factory outlet malls in the event you feel like splurging.
Security Deposit: $300 is required for any damages

Rental Policies: 2 week minimum (based on occupancy of 4) no smoking & final cleaning $85.00.
Due to high demand a $300 advanced deposit is required, fully refundable if cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival date. Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival date. No refunds if cancellation is 30 days or less from the date of arrival. Interested you my contact Angela via e-mail.
