Spot manatees, manta rays or dolphins! This spacious, twelve step walk-up corner condo is on a beautiful lagoon just a block from quiet Turtle Beach. Walk two minutes to two fine dining waterfront restaurants or the local pub. Whether you are 5 or 55, we will make every effort to ensure that your stay is wonderful. Guests have been returning for 5 years. :)

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, espresso machine, teakettle, toaster, blender, crockpot and ice maker with pass through to dining area. Just a few steps lead to the covered parking, lovely pool with chairs/loungers, and private boat dock in this small, six unit condo on the private end of Siesta Key. Turtle Beach public boat dock is across the lagoon.

The charming Tiki-style balcony beckons you to enjoy tropical breezes as you grill. Absolutely no smoking; no pets
