This unit is beautifully furnished, with brand new leather sectional, new beds and mattresses. Unit is freshly painted. The master bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and the guest room has 2 twin size beds, each room has a private bath. The living room has a large sectional couch and a dining table for 4. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Parking is in a secured garage with storage area. Tortuga has a unique heated indoor/outdoor pool, access to a tennis court, grilling area, fishing pier and a nicely updated club room.

Rent: $4,250/month ( One month minimum)
Plus 12% Tourist Tax, $500 security deposit (returnable) and one time $200 cleaning fee
