Beautiful 2400 square foot 3 bedroom home (only 6 years old) in the exclusive University Park gated 27-hole golf community.

Extraordinary privacy in backyard/beautiful *heated* pool with its own waterfall.

Large outdoor sitting area, mosaic tile table with 6 chairs. Outdoor kitchen center with stools, built-in large gas grill with side burner and outdoor mini-refrigerator.

Outside lanai has its own 1/2 bathroom -convenient when using pool.

Master bedroom suite includes large walk in closet, separate living room/sitting area, large walk-in shower, two sinks and private toilet.

All three bedrooms have excellent mattresses (master bedroom has tempur-pedic type mattress).

Flat screen t-v in living room as well as master bedroom. Dual zone/speaker stereo system throughout the house (including the lanai). DVD, CD player.

All furniture in the home is new, upscale and purchased for owner's use (not typical of furniture found in rentals).

Granite countertops in fully loaded kitchen. Stainless steel appliances with automatic ice maker.

Large garage (automatic door)with separate garage door for your personal golf cart (ability to play on the semi-private community course). Check out the golf course - go to an internet search engine such as "googl e"- then type in "Sarasota", and "University Park Country Club".

House sits on 4th golf hole- but lush planting offers privacy on 3 sides of this home. Private path leads to golf course.

Also you'll have access to large local neighborhood heated pool as well as small excersise room.

Individual monthly rates are:
Jan, Feb & March 2008: $4750 per month
April 2008:$4250
May thru October $2850 a month.

Area Description

Close to new shopping areas in Lakewood Ranch. 20 minutes to extraordinary white sand beaches (ranked in top 10 of all beaches in the U.S), downtown Sarasota and fun shopping/eating in St. Armand's Circle. Sarasota is a cultural center where top notch talent performs at the Van Weizel Performing Arts Center.

Multiple golf courses/Dog Racing/Ringling Art Museum/Movies/Shopping all less than 4 miles away.

Sarasota Airport is 10 minutes away.

Tampa airport is 50 minutes away where Busch Gardens/theme
park/Museums/Tampa football are also located.

It's a beautiful house!, November 1, 2007

I stayed here last February with my husband and two kids. The kids LOVED the pool... My husband loved the bbq/bar area. We all enjoyed the large, open plan of the home and the gigantic master suite. The house is very clean, comfortable and has all the ammenities you look for when on vacation. I would stay here again.

My family and I just rented here last winter. It was great - bright, cheery, comfortable and the heated pool really kept my three children entertained! And if you're a golf lover, it's located right in an exclusive gated golf community which my husband really enjoyed. We can't wait to go back!
