Deposits: 10% deposit required to secure booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Other Fees: Rates vary from $999/week to $1750/week including all taxes and cleaning fees. Electric Pool/Spa Heating available at an additional $150/week. Rates above are typical but can vary subject to vacation duration, premium holiday periods and placement of other bookings in the calendar. Please ask owner about any special offers that may exist.

As promised, I'm letting you have our comments following our vacation at your villa in Bradenton.

Both my wife, Jenny, and I think this was our best Florida holiday out of a total of seven spent there over the past 16/17 years or so. We've tried various hotels, touring around and various rentals and without doubt renting your house came out on top. Apart from the house itself which is furnished and fitted very well - it truly lacks nothing - the location is excellent for speedy access to all beaches, attractions etc without having to endure traffic noise through being close to the Interstate. And, just sitting by the pool watching the wildlife we found to be very enjoyable and relaxing.

So - you'll see from all this that we're two very happy customers and, all being well, we'll be making another visit very soon.
