It is a big house 2000.00 sq feet, huge fenced yard is ideal for entertaining and parties. The house is sitting in a corner lot- almost half an acre. If you are into sports there is a complex with swimming pool 2 blocks away. Everything is within walking distance.Lanai has a bar. Nice and quiet setting just right across 41 Sarasota Hospital. The house is rented only for a whole season december till april- $2600.00 per month with $1000.00 security deposit $200 of which will be used for a cleaning fee after the term is over. There is a possibility to rent the house annually for 1800.00 per month/ all utilities included/.So, if interested let's talk
The house is sitting in a corner lot of Shade street and Hawthorne street. YMCA spot complex is 2 blocks from the house and Arlington park with a huge lake is a place to enjoy. Huge tennis courts, Olimpic size swimming pool, Night clubs and the best restaurants... Walk ANYWHERE- shopping area is round the corner....
