Description of the Sarasota vacation home rental

Come enjoy a vacation retreat! Sit out on the lanai, enjoy the sunshine and fenced in backyard, relax in the pool, or fish in the lake. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, including an office that could convert to extra bedroom space if needed. And it's only a 15 minute drive to the beach! (Please note the $90 is for 4 adults, kids free. Each additional adult is $25/night.)

The main living area includes a bar facing the kitchen w/2 chairs, a dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with cable television, couch, and oversized chair. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, empty closets and drawers for guests, and a large master bath. The second bedroom has a twin bed with an trundle, which can be used for an extra twin bed, or joined for a king bed. There is also an empty closet & chest of drawers. This has a small adjoining bathroom with a shower.

The home does have a working stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, & washer/dryer. There is also a small refrigerator out on the screened in porch. Bedding and towels provided. No smoking & no pets please.

We are asking for a $250 deposit asap to hold the home for whatever week you select (or if renting nightly for $75/night, half of total charge), and also charge a $100 cleaning fee unless you prefer to clean the home yourself. The remainder of payment is due at the beginning of your stay. Cashier's check or money order only please.
