Beautifully furnished with plant-filled atrium. Boat dock can accommodate up to 28' boat. Large pool (unheated). Fab outdoor gas grill. Triple-zone AC and Heating, Cable, internet, telephone. Five minute stroll to Siesta Key's Crescent Beach. Walk to Crescent Village shopping. Wild birds, nature, privacy.

Area Information

Located just steps from the south end of Crescent Beach, the #1 beach in America, the house is a 60's classic contemporary beach house with amazing privacy and wildlife. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, yet only a 10 minute drive into Siesta Village, where there's all kinds of "action". A great family getaway with loads of room.
