This luxury villa rental offers a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation far removed from the hustle and bustle of the typical "touristy" destinations. The house is situated in the quiet upscale neighborhood of Gulf Gate Woods only a five minute drive to Siesta Key's world famous beaches. Yet it is close to everything to suit all tastes; golf across the street, shopping, restaurants galore, nature parks, galleries and much more. The garden is beautifully landscaped.The private, heated pool is enclosed in a screened lanai and is right out the french doors off the sunny Florida room.Because it is a heated it can be used year round. Imagine floating in its warm waters gazing at the stars...There is a table and chairs and gas grill in the lanai for your Bar B Que enjoyment. Additionally there are two comfortable lounge chairs for your outdoor comfort.Fruit trees on the property, especially the grapefruit tree in the winter months, are for the taking and are delicious.
The whole house has been newly furnished and renovated. There is a separate living room, with comfy leather couches and flat screen TV and Wifi. The kitchen, newly renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful and plentiful modern maple cabinets, has a large separate eating area. The a formal dining room has seating for eight, with additional table leaves. The three spacious bedrooms which accommodate sleeping for nine, are newly furnished and decorated. All have extremely comfortable mattresses. The house has central A/C and heat with ceiling fans in all of the rooms. It will be a vacation home that you will want to return to again and again. Sorry, no pets...

Area Information
Gulf Gate Woods is a quiet, well cared for, beautifully landscaped neighborhood. All wires are underground and all roofs are clay tile. As relaxing as it is, it is still so close to everything one would like to do on vacation. Golf is right behind the houses across the street and its quiet streets lend themselves to enjoyable bike riding. The in ground heated pool is deliciously enjoyable any time of the year and enclosed in a very private screened lanai. Imagine enjoying the pool enveloped in the warm water while star gazing under the stars or basking in its plentiful sunshine. The pool has steps for entering and two seating areas in it as well.
The house has been beautifully landscaped and is under the care of a gardener. The pool is cared for by a private pool company, so you needn't lift a finger.
