We just loved everything about this place. The pool, hot tub, amazing condo. It was very clean and comfortable and communication with owner was a breeze. I would recommend to anyone!! We had friends come from out of state to stay with us and it was the best vacation we ever had! Stores are close by, as well as restaurants, beaches and downtown.

We so enjoyed our week stay. The condo was very clean and well kept and everything was just right there, gym, pool.etc. Beds very comfortable also. The area was beautiful and so convienant to everything.

Very very much enjoyed our stay in this unit. Lots of room for our family of four. Nicely furnished with tv's in each room. Central Air conditioning worked well, linens were clean and kitchen had everything you would need during a week long stay. There were two community BBQ's near the unit next to the pool. The pool was very resort like - actually better than some resorts. Very nice tropical setting. Pool was only about 100 feet from the unit. We would definitely recommend this vacastion unit to others.

We stayed at this great place for 2 weeks . We had another couple with us. The home is very clean and bright. Conveniently placed close to golfing and shopping. Lots of clean linens and a fully stocked kitchen with lots of dishes and silverware. The complex itself was very nice . Nice pool and hot tub . Great BBQ's to use. Very private as well. Would definately go back .

Very well appointed townhouse in a lovely complex. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to couples and families as the gorgeous pool is literally a few steps away from your front door. Very private outlook to rear - we shared the view with turtles on the lake ! Good location with easy access to Sarasota and the main routes to Tampa/Naples.

When my family arrived, we didn't know what to expect. Once we entered the townhouse, we knew we made the best decision to rent this instead of renting a hotel. The place was beautiful and we had our privacy. No maid service and no phones ringing to tell us to ckeck-out. We moved at our our pace. The location was excellent also. We were right off University Parkway in Sarasota, which is close to family, food and shopping. Thank you Walter for making my family's vacation memorable.
