Description of the Sarasota vacation townhouse rental

Location, location, location. We have been coming to Siesta Beach for 30 years, and keep returning because of the beautiful beaches, amazing sunsets, fabulous restaurants,and great shopping,all within a 5 to 10 minute drive. From our condo you can walk to the beach, or drive 5 minutes. It is a brand new condo, All new furnishings, wonderful kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite counter tops, tile throughout the main living area. A new 42"HD tv. Heated Pool, garage. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet,with an outside patio. Queen bed. Huge master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. His and her vanities. Upstairs are two bedroom, one with twin beds, and one with full. Also a bath with walk in shower. The the furnishings, linens and bedding are brand new. See additional features below. This unit also has a terrace off the kitchen and one off the living area. Total amount of interior sguare feet is 2100!

Area Description

Siesta Key Beach is a 10 minute walk over the Stickney Bridge from our unit, or you can drive 5 minutes. The Sarasota area is well know for it beautiful quartz sand beaches, famous restraurants, art shows almost every weekend. Performances by famous entertainers at the local theaters. Beach Boys will be here in March, we attended a Frank Sinatra tribute in February, it was great. Beautiful restored opera house. The Ellenton outlet mall is 20 25 minutes away. Rated in the top 25 best outlet malls in the US. Over 135 stores. There is plenty to do to keep you busy.

There are wonderful restaurants with in walking distance.
Also grocery and specialty store shoppping is three blocks away, possible to live here without a car. We can walk to Carrabas,( great Italian restraurant) and also for groceries.
