Description of the Sarasota vacation townhouse rental

Spend your next Sarasota visit right in the center of downtown! Our totally restored vintage row house apartment is located directly on Main Street above the town barber shop. This area of Main Street is considered Sarasota’s center for fine dining and entertainment. It is also located only a couple hundred feet from beautiful Sarasota’s Bay front Park and Marina.

From your 700+ square foot one bedroom suite you can walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, art galleries, antique shops, the Opera house, multiple theatres, whole foods market, Selby gardens, City Island Park… You are only 5 minutes from world class shopping at St Armand’s Circle and the beautiful Sunsets of Lido Beach… You will be only 10 minutes from top rated Siesta Key Beach or The Ringling Museum considered Florida’s finest Art Museum.

In Addition to this lovely apartment, we are also the proud owners of MoZaic Restaurant, which is located right next door.

Three Night Minimum (Some exceptions)

Stays of less than 3 nights will be charged an exit cleaning fee of $55

Deposit $250 (weekly or nightly bookings) $500 (Monthly Bookings)

Applicable taxes: 7% sales tax + 4% Florida lodging Tax.

Taxes apply to all stays of less than a 6 month duration.

*Special - Prepay in full when you book and save an additional 5%

This deposit will also be your damage security deposit and will be refunded after the rental is inspected for damage. Cancellations made with less than a 30 day notice will cause a possible forfeiture of your deposit.

We do not charge any exit cleaning fees or application fees!

Love the place, very clean, spacious and organized. The owner was very flexible great communication. Place is in the middle of downtown sarasota, shops and restaurant everywhere. Plus its 15 minutes from one of the best beaches in the USA Siesta Beach, would definitely go again!!!!
