Perfect for a retired couple who wish to entertain their family. A heated community pool is just 10 feet from the lanai door. The townhouse is located in the Huntingwood complex which caters to retired people and young professionals. The property is very convenient to shopping, I-75 and 20 minutes from the beaches and St Armand's Circle. Minimum rental is 3 months, maximum is 7. Potential renters must apply to the Huntingwood Condominium Association for membership through the landlord. This process can take two weeks.
