The villa is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, one-floor condo, with one-car garage, eat-in kitchen, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a glass-enclosed and air-conditioned lanai. It overlooks a pond and the 16th tee and 18th green of the Lakes Course, one of two 18-hole courses of the Palm-Aire Country Club of Sarasota. Amenities include cable TV, air/heat, washer/dryer, microwave, wet bar, linens, dinnerware and kitchenware, and basic provisions (e.g., paper products, cleaning supplies, condiments, etc), and use of the neighborhood heated pool, Jacuzzi, and clubhouse. Each area/section of the villa is decorated with art, weavings, and other artifacts the owners have brought back to the US from visits to Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Europe.
Area Description
The villa is located in the Palm Aire Country Club community off University Parkway, and is minutes to Sarasota downtown, Lakewood Ranch Main Street, and Sarasota 's white sand beaches. Nearby airports are Sarasota-Bradenton (15 minutes) and Tampa International (50 minutes).
