Our 2 year old home is avaiable for rent during this Summer, from June 28th thru Deptember 6th. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2,5 baths, a huge rec. room. It easily sleeps 8.

Home has all amenities, appliances, central air, wireless access and a fenced back yard with inground sprinkler system and a lovely patio.
Two car garage and street parking are available.
It's very clean and very light.

We are pricing our home for the entire summer season; we will consider half season offers (June 28 thru August 2 and from August 3 thru September 6).

Our home is currently on the market for $449,977. We will not show the home during the rental period.

Area Description

This home is located within walking distance from downtown Saratoga Springs (10/15 min) in the Beekman Street Art District (with fine restaurants). You can also walk to the racing track; it will take you 30 min.
Also very close to Saratoga State Park (Saratoga Performing Art Center)!
If you want to relax after an excited day at the tracks, this is the place to be: an almost new, nicely furnished, bright home with privacy, in a quiet neighborhood.

Fine restaurants at Beekman Street and of course in town. Wilton Mall shopping center and movie theater (15 min drive).
Great Escape Amusement/Water Parc in GlensFalls (30 min drive). Outdoor pools in Saratoga State Park. Playground, basketball fields and tenniscourts in neighborhood.
