Description of the Sargentville vacation guesthouse rental

Our charming farmhouse is located on a quiet back road between Eggemoggin Reach, well known as a sailor's paradise and Walker Pond. Both within walking distance and
water access.
The house has four large bedrooms with either queen or full
sized, a sitting area and 3 bathrooms with tub/shower. The
spacious living room has an open fireplace and the french
doors are leading to a Concord grapevine covered patio.
Dining room, kitchen and laundry room are at the same level. The most loved room is the glassed in, wrap around
front porch for a sunny breakfast or a sunny afternoon tea.
The fenced in back yard with a frog pond is an ideal play-
ground for children.

It is impossible to name all the attractions of the surrounding area, here a few:
Brouse the historic homes, galleries and craftshops in
Blue Hill, Castine and Deer Isle an visit the facinating working habor of Stonington. Explore the nearby Acadia
National Park, or join us on our boat for "Island hopping".
