Description of the Satellite Beach vacation condo rental
Just updated with upscale tastes -- fresh paint, all new furniture, new artwork, new carpet, new TVs. Cable TV in both bedrooms and living room. BIG screen plasma TV in living room. Spacious master bedroom suite with Queen-size bed, walk-in-closet, and vanity area. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen fully equipped.
We are under 10 minutes south of Cocoa Beach, and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. Satellite Beach/Melbourne area has GREAT restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by.
Our condo is licensed by the State of Florida and Brevard County for short-term rental, having passed inspection for compliance with state regulations governing fire code, health and safety. Not many private condo rentals can make this claim!

Everything listed in the description of this property was true. We were the closest room on the beach for as far as we could see. Our condo was well stocked with everything we needed except a 4th beach towel. Beach towels are so bulky to pack, and with a 25.00 baggage fee.... My suggestion, buy more beach towels. :) We would rent this condo again and again.

nice area, can't go wrong on the beach. could use fresher porch cushions, or keep them indoors when not occupied. Also, would be kind of other tenants not to hose their decks so debris washes down across screens. Amply furnished kitchen, cupboards.

This was our first time renting and it was a great experience. The condo was so clean (I have a high bar set on "clean"). The surf was great the entire stay so my husband and 2 boys were literally in the water all day. We also had a family event at night and did't want to leave the condo cause it was so comfortable and relaxing! Thanks Steve, we will be back!

(Shhhh! Don't tell everybody, but this is a great waterfront condo!) We just spent a fabulous "girls" weekend here. It's even better than it looks in the photos! Everything you need is provided, and more! This property is family oriented, so it was quiet and right on the water! Mark was super responsive, and everything from payment to getting into the property went smoothly. We're ready to come back!

Our family of 4 rented this condo and were happy to see that the pictures online looked just like the place (we all know that isn't true everywhere you go!) It was a delight to find the kitchen fully stocked, and extra conveniences (boogie boards, cooler, beach towels) available to the guests. The oceanview was spectacular from the condo. This is perfect for a family who is looking for a quiet place to enjoy time by the beach!
