Just remodeled New 42 inch TV and freshly painted (2012), new carpet, and new livingroom furniture and kitchen appliances 2011 Continuous updates-Cable TV in each bedroom and living room. Magnificent master bedroom suite with king-size bed, walk-in closet, and vanity area. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Area Information

We are five to ten minutes south of Cocoa Beach. One hour east of Orlando. Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. Satellite Beach has great restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by. Don't forget... the Brevard Zoo is only 15 minutes away.

Best Beach Balcony Handsdown!

Perfect weather- perfect balcony for our visit. This condo completely delivered for a easy vacation and great ocean viewing. The proximity to the beach and great shelling with a constant surf pounding away and lulling you as you read and sleep was the best! Highly recommend this condo as a retreat while still being in an area close to it all.

Our overall stay was great. Just make sure you bring your own beach towels and buy some detergent when you arrive, because we had to wash towels each day to have enough for our familiy. Oh, and this condo did not have a working hair dryer, so make sure you bring one. This condo was great for our family of 5 (and very clean). We had a bed for everyone. The master bedroom and bath was awesome and view from this condo is great as well. We had an ocean view from the master bedroom, living room and the dining area. Plus you have a view of the pool, which in our case was very helpful. We have two teenagers and they could go to the pool without us and we couul keep an eye on them from our condo.
