Each unit has a carport, washer/dryer hookups and really large back yards. Cats are OK. $799.00 rent (per unit) plus deposit. Renter pays water and standard bills. Owner pays for lawn maintenance and garbage and sewer.

Located in Satellite Beach two blocks from A1A (Beach), 20 min. south of Coco Beach and 45 minutes from orlando.
