Description of the Satellite Beach vacation townhouse rental

Recently remodeled, including new carpet throughout the second floor, this ocean front townhouse is located in the renovated Oceanus Condominums. Unit includes High Speed Internet, HBO and unlimited Free Phone calls for the state of Florida.
Enjoy the sunrise while you eat breakfast on your balcony and watch the waves lap on to the beach in front of the townhouse.
In the evening watch the cruise ships as they head back to Port Canaveral. On launch day you have your own private viewing spot as you look north to see the fire and smoke of a launch from Cape Canaveral.
This corner unit is the closest to beach and pool access in the facility. Beach is private and gated with no public access for miles.
Many surfers and their dolphin friends play right outside your window and from May to October the giant sea turtles lumber on shore to bury their eggs.

One hour from Orlando airport, 10 minutes from Cocoa Beach, 10 minutes from the Avenue Shops in Viera and the Brevard Zoo, 15 minutes from Port Canaveral and it's cruise ships.
15 minutes to downtown "Old Melbourne" with it's antique shops and restaurants (Meg O'Malley's is a must for St.Patties day). Indialantic is only 10 minutes down A1A with their oceanfront park and the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. Check out "The Longboard House" a less commercial Ron Jon's.
Sebastins Inlet and State Park is a leisurely drive south on A1A for great fishing and they annually host the major east coast Surf competitions.
The nearby Indian River Lagoon is considered to be North America's most diverse estuary. The Lagoon supports 4,300 plants and animals, 72 of which are endangered or threatened. Part of this estuary is Mosquito Lagoon which is a nursery for fish, oysters, clams, shrimp and other sea life, not surprisingly it is one of FLA most famous fishing grounds. This area also includes the Canaveral National Seashore (rated as one of the top 10 beaches in FLA) and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge.

Oceanus is only 300 feet from the Pineda Causeway for access back to the mainland and shopping but is located in quiet laid back Satellite Beach. Enjoy easy access to the hustle and bustle of Orlando and Cocoa Beach but the peace and quiet of oceanfront living. Many great restaurants close by with little to no wait even on the busiest weekends.

This condo is nothing short of paradise with its amazing view from the balcony to the beautiful beach front. It has everything you could ask for and allows you to truely relax and enjoy yourself!

We rented the condo for two months in the summer. Very well maintained, owners and property managers are the nicest folks you would ever want to deal with. Beautiful location, quiet beaches, sea turtles everywhere. Highly Recommend!

My wife and I spent a week at this location for a relaxing getaway and it was exactly what we needed. The condo is in a fantastic location right on the beach and has a beautiful view. It is very quiet and private with hardly anyone else on the beach with you. If you want to go see the surrounding sites you are a close drive to Cocoa Beach, Melbourne and various restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.
