This home away from home is a beautiful cedar house that is perfect for the family get-a-way. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Sauble Beach, yet close to the beach and downtown.

The large 1500 sq. ft. house is an open concept design and has cathedral ceilings. It offers 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 comfortably. The large windows and patio doors make the living and dining room area very bright. Look up and you will see the upstairs which has 3 bedrooms and a 4 piece bath. Each bedroom has windows and closets. When you arrive you can start relaxing because we supply the linens for all the beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator with a breakfast bar joining the dining area. The main floor also has a laundry room, 2 piece bath and a large bedroom. In the walkout basement, you can play with the foosball table and other games.

Outside you can relax in the sun on 2 different decks. There is a small deck at the front and a large deck off the back and side with patio furniture and barbeque.

The house is located 500 meters to the beach and less then 1 km to downtown. It is available year round and has excellent nearby snowmobile and ski trails. Your family will love it.
