Description of the Savannah Bay vacation villa rental

A DREAM COME TRUE Villa, a luxurious 5 bedroom waterfront estate, offers exceptional privacy for guests. Located on a waterfront acre with direct access to gorgeous Pond and Savannah Bays, you will enjoy water sports right at the villa! Relax at the 30' seaside patio with covered pergola and launch our 6 double sit-aboard kayaks. You can paddle to four beaches in less than four minutes, or walk instead. The snorkeling is simply wonderful off our waterfront, too!

The centerpiece of the villa is the horizon pool from which you'll enjoy spectacular sunsets each evening. The villa has two wings, CARIBE and BALI, with a total of 3 king master suites and 2 queen suites with 2 queen beds in each. Every bedroom suite has a private deck or patio and outdoor glass shower with amazing Caribbean views. Every room in the villa has an ocean view.

The spacious Great Room has a living room, dining room, entertainment area, and gourmet kitchen. There is an outdoor living room and dining room on the covered verandah, a professional gas grill, and a variety of fruit trees (mangoes, papayas, lemons) for our guests' enjoyment. The villa is set amongst lush, tropical gardens that are professionally maintained.

A DREAM COME TRUE is located on the western beach coast of Virgin Gorda. This is an area of exclusive villas and the most desirable area of the island. Our villa only has one neighboring villa and because of the size of our estate property, guests enjoy exceptional privacy.

Within view from the villa are distant islands and Pond Bay Beach and Savannah Bay Beaches. These are pristine, world-class swimming beaches and easy to reach from the villa by kayaking or walking. You can also walk down a driveway to another wonderful beach in less than 5 minutes, Mahoe Bay Beach! "The Baths," a fabulous collection of house-size granite boulders and beautiful beaches (Virgin Gorda National Parks Beaches) located along the south-western coast of Virgin Gorda, are only 12 minutes away from the villa.

The mountain rising up behind the villa is "Gorda Peak," part of Virgin Gorda National Park. There are hiking trails leading to the top of the mountain and an observation platform with 360 degree views of the BVI and US Virgin Islands!

Snorkeling is fantastic at Mahoe Bay Beach, off the shore in front of the villa, and at almost all of the other beaches on Virgin Gorda. The villa has snorkeling gear.

Spanish Town, the only town on Virgin Gorda, is 1.5 miles - 10 minutes - from A DREAM COME TRUE - and that is where the airport and ferry dock are located. Grocery stores and restaurants are plentiful in Spanish Town.

The island of Virgin Gorda is only 8 miles long, but wherever you drive, you'll see vista after vista of breathtaking beauty! Nothing can be built taller than a palm tree on Virgin Gorda. There is no trash. There are no McDonald's. Just beauty and wonderful Virgin Gordians to welcome you warmly. The US$ is local currency.

The villa offers a collection of BOARD GAMES for children and adults. We also have a large VCR and DVD COLLECTION, including ones for children of all ages. There are lifejackets available for children age 3 and older,, and also for adults to wear when kayaking. The villa offers a LENDING LIBRARY for our guests during their stay. There is a WELCOME GIFT upon arrival! GIORGIO'S TABLE is a gourmet northern Italian restaurant that is a 5 minute walk from the villa. It is located in a beautiful waterfront location. They offer lunch and dinner daily, and also offer gourmet takeout!

To all of our guests, I offer my "VIRGIN GORDA CONCIERGE SERVICE" in advance of their stay. This includes trip planning, flight coordination with flights to Virgin Gorda's airport (charter or scheduled), personal chefs to prepare dinners at the villa, babysitters, car rental, advice on scuba, snorkel, or deep sea fishing trips, and special attention to wedding, anniversary or special birthday celebrations. Once you arrive on Virgin Gorda, there is PROFESSIONAL VILLA MANAGEMENT to continue my excellent customer service during your stay. I want you to have your best vacation ever!
