Description of the Savannah vacation apartment rental
Totally renovated duplex in 2004, brings modern to the 1900'S!. 3br./2bth upstairs w/totally stocked kitchen, livingroom, diningroom,three bedrooms (one queen bed, 2 twins in another bedroom, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and a bunk bed w/ adbl. and a single above. There is also (a fold out cot and futon), and laundryroom, just in case. Outback there is a courtyard with a built-in grill and picnic table with large umbrella. Great staging grounds for wedding parties, girl scouts, bachelorette/bachelor parties, or reunions.
Downstairs has 2bd./2bth, both with double vanities, marble surround, slate kitchen floors and all the comforts of home (cable, phone, internet,...).
Area of homes being fixed up for the next "in" neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and victory Drive which if you go East for 20 minutes you'll be ankle deep in the Atlantic ocean! Only one mile to the Historic district and the Girl Scout Headquarters. Bring the pets as there is a "doggie park/coffee shop" only a few blocks away, the only one in Savannah!
