Description of the Savannah vacation condo rental

Totally renovated duplex in 2004, brings modern to the 1900'S!. 2br./2bth downstairs w/totally stocked kitchen, livingroom, dining room,two bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 fold out double sofa bed, one double futon, and one single roll away cot). There is also a laundry room, just in case. Outback there is a courtyard with a small built-in grill and picnic table. Great staging grounds for wedding parties, girl scouts, bachelorette/bachelor parties, or reunions. We can bring another futon along if needed.

Area Information

Area of homes being fixed up for the next "in" neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Victory Drive (hwy. 80) which if you go East for 20 minutes you'll be ankle deep in the Atlantic ocean/Tybee Island! Only one mile to the Historic district and the Girl Scout Headquarters. Bring the pets as there is a "doggie park/coffee shop" only a few blocks away, one of only 3 in Savannah!

Awesome House!

March 22, 2013

We stayed here for the St. Patricks Day weekend festivities and it was perfect! Gorgeous house, and a great location. We were able to walk anywhere. The owner of the home is very accommodating. This house has everything you need for a great vacation.
