Quiet, mostly all complete per ad. villa in Shipyard Plantation, which was nice in itself. standard bikes provided and 4 folding chairs at villa, plus 2 more at locker. Each room had its own balcony and was nice. Admin. part was handled professionally. Would rent again. The cable stations were few and did not get as many as the printout suggested. Wifi was n/a. The DVD would not play any DVD's I got from Blockbuster correctly. It rained for 3 days at end so this stuff would have been helpful. Just doing the beach, riding bikes, and taking in the sights, place was nice.

Stayed almost a week with perfect weather. Location was great to get to Pope or business district. Rode the bikes everyday and the bike paths all over the island are super. The owner was always available by e-mail if we had any problems and provided us with a gate pass to Sea Pines....very helpful in many ways! Only regret was wishing we had more than minimum cable. We would definitely stay at this townhouse again, the owner is great.

Great location, easy walk to beach and on golf course. Great practice facality at Shipyard golf club. Property unit 209 at The Colonnade Club was well furnished but could use some updating. The kitchen, carpets,and bath rooms are all ventage early 80's, when the complex was built. Time to rehab. Jim Vipperman

Comfortable home with great accomodations for 4. The King sized bed was great! Kitchen was nice size with new appliances that were nice. View over golf course overlooking small pond with alligator and turtles was nice. Bike ride to Beach not very far on nice bike trail. Had a wonderful time.

This house is located in best location with easy access to Pope and William Hilton. Ms Morris is a true professional and run a great home. My wife was very please and she is a tough cookie :).

We really enjoyed our stay at your townhouse, it was a great vacation for us and all enjoyed it. My daughter went to tennis camp and the rest of the family enjoyed the beach, pool and bikes and even golf during our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Thanks again for all your hospitality while we were on Hilton Head! We'll be back next year!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was very nice, very comfortable, clean, and a great location. The kids had a great time at the beach and riding bikes, and the pool was wonderful. The guys said the golf was great as well, we plan to come back again!

Two weeks after booking the condo and mailing the deposit. I was called by the owner and told that her family was coming in town that week and the condo was unabailable.
