We offer a 2 car garage with an automatic door opener for your convenience.

After a long day of sightseeing or working, our downstairs Master Suite offers a Queen Sleigh Bed with a plush pillow top mattress and luxurious Bed Linens. For added pleasure in winding down after a busy day, a 37" Flat Screen LCD High Definition Television with Built In DVD Player awaits you on the 8 Drawer Dresser. Relax and watch while from the comfort of the cozy bed. The Master Bath offers His & Her Sinks, Tiled Flooring, Deep Soaking Tub to relax those sore muscles or a Separate Shower with a Massage Shower Head to release those stressed muscles after spending a day of shopping, sightseeing, working or just relaxing at the pool or beach. Large Walk-In Closet with plenty of space for storage and cedar hangers for your clothes.

For the little ones, we offer a Pack & Play Portable Crib with all sheets and blankets.

Bedrooms two and three, located upstairs also offer luxurious queen pillow top mattress Beds you'll never want to leave as you are surrounded with comfort under you and fluffy bedding around you. Fourth bedroom/Office, located upstairs is furnished with a desk, chair, fax machine, printer, scanner, Queen size Futon with Coiled Spring Mattress and a Queen size inflatable mattress with extra pillows, sheets and blankets. All Bedrooms offer plenty of closet space to hang your clothes (hangers provided) and storage.

Relax in the Living Room on the leather La-z Boy Reclining Sofa or Love Seat, watch the 37" Flat Screen LCD High Definition Television, DVD/VCR Combo with various DVD's for your enjoyment. Or enjoy a romantic evening in front of the flames from the wonderful Electric Fireplace, with or without heat.

Tiled 1/2 Bath located downstairs.

Upstairs Tiled Bathroom has His & Her sinks as well and tub/shower combination with a crescent shaped shower rod to keep that curtain away.

An abundance of luxurious linens and towels are furnished for bathrooms and bedrooms including Beach Towels for the Pool or Beach outings.

For those times you want to cook in, our Kitchen offers Corian Counters, tiled floors and every kitchen gadget possible, from Blender, Cookware, Pots & Pans, all the way to a vegetable scrub brush. Nothing has been forgotten, even all your spices are at your fingertips. Our Cherry Wood Table offers Seating for 8 with silverware & dishes for 12.

The Indoor Laundry Room offers a front load Maytag Neptune
Washer/Dryer.

Can't live without the computer, well we thought of that too! The home and community are equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet, sit by the pool or lake with your laptop and enjoy the wireless capabilities or plug into a LAN line in the home. We also offer Unlimited Local and Long Distance Telephone (for calls within the USA only).

All Community Amenities, Utilities & Weekly Housekeeping Service included, Only items missing are YOU, your clothes and groceries!

Need to stretch those legs' Enjoy the beautiful view of the 20 Acre aqua blue Lake as you walk or jog on the walking path around it. I highly recommend the home. It was not only beautiful, the floor plan was very convenient. The children could go to sleep upstairs, while the adults stayed downstairs. The waterpark was a big hit also. Would definitely go back.

This home is beautiful. All amenities are included. The home is situated in a community which includes a small waterpark, lakes and walking trails. Everything we needed was included. I will stay in this home again when I return to Savannah. Thank you so much for letting us use your home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very nicely decorated and much nicer than we had expected. We had a problem with the t.v. being hooked up wrong by previous guest, but the owner was very helpful and we got that resolved quickly. We had a great trip and it was close to everything but not right in the middle of a big town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the home in Rice Hope. It's nice to have a home away from home to stay in while on vacation and let the kids have their own room. The water park is a nice feature, go to the beach in the morning and relax at the pool in the afternoon. Well worth the price.

Our girls' spring fling destination was Savannah, GA. We've started trying to vacation rental properties wherever we go. I was very skeptical of this property at first; it just looked too good to be true. It was a beautiful home and an extremely reasonable rate...what was wrong with it? NOTHING! Everything posted on this site is true. It was accessible to everything yet allowed us privacy and comfort after a long day of sightseeing. The owner was a pleasure to work with also. I highly recommend this home!

We had a group of 8 adults that stayed in the home in April and we loved it! It's a beautiful home with all the amenities. We could have used 1 more chair with the dining table though, since we enjoyed eating a few meals together and playing cards in the evening. No other complaints! It was in a good location to get into Savannah and for day trips to Beaufort and Tybee Is. Thanks so much.

You can't go wrong with this rental. Stayed for 1 week last of July. House very nice. The bed were very, very comfortable. Nice set-up. Very clean. Beautiful decoration. Lots of space. Very nice pool area. Lake within walking distance for fishing or picnic. Close to the beaches(Tybee & Hilton Head Beach), downtown Savannah. We even went up to Charleston to see the sites. Will rent again. Reasonably price.
