The house was perfect for our purposes. The kitchen was compact but still had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed dinner on the back patio. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. We were within walking distance of several good restaurants and the free DOT shuttle stop was 2 blocks away. Dave was incredibly helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

The 1852 house proved to be a perfect location for our three night stay for our father's 70th birthday. The six of us were very comfortable in the home. Very convenient to Kroger, the parks, and resturants. The decor was perfect and beautiful. The beds were awesome and everything we needed was found there. We would definately recommend this house for vacation rentals.
