Painstakingly restored using craftsman-style technique, it is self-standing (no shared walls or ceilings!) and offers a private entrance off East Jones Lane as well as a rear courtyard entrance More Cottage than your "typical 1 BR/1BA Carriage House" it is sure to delight with its delightful antique kitchen, polished wood flooring, quality bedding, spacious pseudo-loft master bedroom, stylish bathrooms with jetted tub, charming first floor bedroom, and luxurious soft leather furnishings with a decor evoking thoughts of an italian villa. Meandering between the Carriage House and Manor Courtyards is easily accomplished yet, due to the angled location of the two courtyards, each offers foliage bedecked privacy. In addition, the Carriage House/Cottage features a discrete access ramp as well as first floor bath with walk in shower and first floor bedroom.

Possibilities abound for this winning combo...Rent the Carriage House for groups of 1 to 6, Rent the Manor for groups up to 10, or Rent the entire Estate for groups up to 16. We also have a "sister property" for groups as large as 28 and you will find yourselves only 3 house down from each other on the same street! We loved our time in Savannah. Your home is perfect and we enjoyed the space and location. We were close to everything! Savannah Tours even came and picked up our group the front door. We enjoyed your historic district and going to Tybee Beach. We recommend eating at Mrs. Wilkes, The Pirate House, Clary's and The Firefly Cafe. Close by and the service and food were great. The photographer in our group especially loved walking about Forsythe Park, Bonneventure Cementary, and the riverfront. But the highpoint was simply sitting around during the evenings enjoying your courtyards (your chairs are terrific) & getting reacquainted with old friends. If we ever have an opportunity to return to Savannah, we will certainly check if your Estate is available. For a group as large as ours, it was perfect! So glad we found you!

What a terrific respite this has been for the 12 "girls" from the class of 64 celebrating this year of our 60th birthdays. Superb bedding! So comfy and lucious! Great Kitchen and easy to find supplies. Loved the warmth of your decor and the beauty of it all. We found ourselves close to everything downtown and enjoyed not having to drive. And of course, we relished having such a large space to relax and get to know each other all over again. Blessings and continued success!
