The Southern charm has 5 bedroom which covers three thousand sq.ft.There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which is there upstairs and that covers the fifteen sq.ft.The downstairs has 2 bedrooms and great bathroom.
Sleeps 2-8 has fifteen sq.ft which has three bedrooms,two bathrooms.50 inch TV in the main room.In all the bedrooms we have flat screens TV and heated floors in all the Bathrooms.
BBQ grills in the Balcony.The spacious living room has all the attractions.
Completeley renovated 1890 house has the fully equipped kitchen and gourment that seats 9.This place is full of architectural products and red bricks.
Living Room-FVisit the local city and relax in lazy boy sofa or recliner.Breakfasty tables with 50 inch TV has free DVD'S.
Kitchen-This is fully equipped kitchen has all the latest and trendy equipments.Gourment for 20 people.
Master Bedroom-King Size for 4 with comfort and enjoy the flat screen television.We provide mattress and linens.
Guest Bedroom-Queen size for 4 and spacious with flat screen television.
Second Guest Bedroom-It has the Iron queen Bed with sheets and linens with flat screen TV.
Jacuzzi is available in Master Bathroom with heated floors.But the Guest Bathroom just has shower and vanity,hamper and other accessories.
The Downstairs has new brand large pool table and fifty inch plasma TV in the living room and fourty two in the other 2 bedrooms.
In the Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms available and both of them has top queen size bed and the second bedroom consits of 40 inch flat screen TV.

We stayed in the upstairs of the Victorian Italianate Manor for a girls' getaway in October. First of all, October is the perfect month, weather-wise, to visit Savannah. The house is beautifully furnished, yet comfortable and homey. We particularly enjoyed the back porch - a perfect spot for to relax with a glass of wine after a long day touring the city on foot. The kitchen is well equipped (with one exception which I will discuss below) and we prepared a gourmet dinner one night which we ate in the elegant dining room. The beds, pillows and linens are comfortable, even luxurious, and the bathrooms and showers are a treat. The location is fine - not right on a square, but peaceful and convenient for walking to destinations during the day. We had no problems with parking on the street, there was always space on the block, usually right in front. For nights when you don't want to take your car (going to a bar, etc) the cab fare to the river area was only 9 to 12 dollars, so a no-brainer if you don't want to drive. I have given the house 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons - No ice maker or ice trays in the refrigerator. ! Could use a bit more seating if you care to watch TV or a movie. The thermostat is not adjustable below 74 degrees which made sleeping a little warm on a couple of nights. Providing fans would alleviate this issue. Those are the only complaints - Pat was our contact person and was very helpful.

We never got a chance to stay in this lovely home. we emailed the vendor every week and I also called and left a message 3 times, still no reply. I would loved to have stayed here, but what is the point posting this home if your not going to reply to guest. Hopefully one day I get a chance to write a better review if I ever get to stay there, in which I still want that chance.
