Description of the Scottsdale vacation condo rental

This is a beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona that comfortably sleeps 4 (can sleep 5 with one on the sofa). Queen size air bed also available in the unit. Privately owned unit with easy access to both Scottsdale and Phoenix.

The smoke-free unit is located on the ground floor for easy access and has covered car parking. The sliding doors open to a patio which overlooks the extensive green belt/walkway.

The kitchen is complete with: full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, range, dishwasher, small appliances, utensils and a large counter area. The great room has 42" TV with cable, DVD and CD player/stereo. The unit also has its own washer and dryer so you won't have to travel to do laundry. Wireless high speed internet is also available in this condo.

The master bedroom has a new king size bed with nightstands and reading lamps, TV, large closets as well as a six drawer dresser.

The second bedroom has a new queen size bed and full sized closet.

The community includes 10 pools and 10 tennis courts.

Please note further discounts are available for stays longer than one month. Also "monthly" rates are available on any stay of 4 consecutive weeks.

Area Information

Just a short drive from a variety of shopping options ranging from unique boutiques to upscale shops including: Prada, Boss, Armani and Gucci. Also in close vicinity to world class spas, upscale and casual restaurants, night clubs and art galleries.

Within a short drive are dozens of Arizona's finest golf courses, as well as easy access to college sports at Arizona State University and professional sports such as the: Phoenix Suns (basketball), Arizona Diamondbacks (baseball), Arizona Cardinals (football), Phoenix Coyotes (hockey) and the Salt River spring training.

The Scottsdale multi-use path is located nearby. This path for walking, biking, roller blading or jogging extends for 25 miles to ASU Campus in Tempe.

Just like home!

The minute we stepped into the codo that we rented we felt comfortable and right at home. The walls, couch and love set, and touches of blue are the same as we decorated our condo in South Haven, Michigan. The condo was clean and comfortable. We liked the location in Scottsdale and the grounds were very nice. No loud neighbors, nice and quiet. The condo kitchen was very well furnished with everything that one would use on an everyday basis. I have told several people to check this property out when they go to Arizonia.

wonderful experience!! condo was clean, quite, and contained all the comforts of home..we were only required to replace what we used during the month..close to shopping and freeways..extremely professional owners and property managers...the wife and i always stayed in hotels before this trip...daughter lives in phoenix and we travel their about twice a year to visit her...hope to be able to rent this marvelous property in the future..thanks again..ben and nerassia johnson

We stayed in this lovely condo last spring and had a wonderful time. First time using the site to book a condo but the owner made everything really simple. The condo is in amazing shape and kept extremely neat and clean. We had an absolute blast using all of the amenities and seeing Scottsdale and can't wait to go back.
