Great golf retreat

Very good property with excellent and convenient location, very closed to key attractions, restaurants and shops. Facility was really clean and full of amenities; did not miss home at all. Would rent again next year if available. My wife had a great time, good rest and relaxes by the pool. Overall experiene was wonderfull.

Everything you could ask for at Gina's condo

We had a great time in North Scottsdale. We enjoyed coming 'home' after each fun-filled day to Gina's wonderfully appointed condo. It has everything you could ask for (and the most comfortable bed)! The pools were great, the grounds were beautiful, a great location and close to everything we needed. Gina made our holiday booking a very easy experience. We will surely be returning (the sooner the better).

We had a marvelous stay and found Gina most receptive to our emails. Her condo is comfortable with a great bed, walk in closet, fully stocked kitchen, nice living room, and large TV's in both the bedroom and living area. We also appreciated the free WI-FI. Location is convenient to shopping, expressways, and hiking trails. The pool closest to Gina's condo was quiet and easily accessible.

We rented during Xmas week and couldn't believe how quiet it was at this condo! It was truly a peaceful holiday. The location is perfect. We had no problem driving around the area. There is a large strip mall with Wal-Mart and Kohl's across the freeway. The condo itself was exactly as advertised. It was great to use the kitchen and save by not eating out all the time. Unfortunately, the pool was closed while we were there so we were unable to enjoy it. Thanks to Gina the owner for making it easy to rent here!!

The condo is located in a quiet and safe area - very easy to get around! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need; it was great to get a few things at the grocery store nearby so we wouldn't have to eat out for every meal. Gina (property owner) gets an A+ for customer service. She was very easy to get a hold of during our stay and was quick to respond when we had a question! She makes it extremely easy to check-in and out of the condo. I know you will enjoy your stay at this condo - but while you're there don't forget to visit the Grand Canyon - WOW!

Our stay at the Allison Condos was great. The staff there were quite friendly and helpful and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. It is a very quiet area and very well maintained. It is also close to shopping, restaurants, drug stores, supermarkets, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking again.

We stayed for two weeks and I called the owner to get a vacuum cleaner added. We also used a little portable BBQ Grill. The high speed internet worked great. Main pool was under repair (but it was too cold to swim anyway). The second pool is right next door to the unit. Very quiet. Ample parking. It was very convenient to get to. We visit AZ almost every winter to get away from the cold winters in Ohio. I really liked being able to cook and make breakfast. Our favorite lunch spot was Paradise Bakery - on the same exit.
