If you like to golf or enjoy watching sunsets on your patio overlooking the golf course, keep reading. In the heart of Scottsdale AZ, this peaceful 2br, 2ba condo on the 9th green of the newly renovated TPC Desert course is just for you. This gated community condo is fully furnished with one king bed in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom. The living area has comfortable seating with gas fireplace and glass sliders out to a comfortable patio facing west overlooking the 9th green w/pond. Includes one car garage and parking in front of garage.
Area Description
Most golfers know about TPC golf, and most golfers know about the annual FBR Open tournament in Phoenix each February. You walk to the FBR from this condo. Also very close to some of Scottsdale's finest shopping and dining establishments (including Kierland Commons, Scottsdale 101). Take a day trip to Sedona or one of the many man made lakes in the area.
