This is a stunning brand new condo located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The overall condo project is marvelously designed and full of amenities to fill the hearts content. The unit boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 4th floor. The contemporary furnishings are well placed and very comfortable. All the kitchen appliances are stainless steel and surrounded by granite and cherry wood cabinets. Cooking is a delight in this gorgeous kitchen!
The sleeping arrangements are a king bed in the master suite, a queen in the second bedroom and a full bed in the third. The private balcony is filled with vegetation and seating for a relaxing escape.
The amenities included in the condo are underground parking, elevator, 24,000 sq. ft. fitness center with steam rooms, heated pools and spas, racquet ball court, and full indoor basketball court. All this is located across the street from the shopping mecca of Scottsdale Fashion Square mall as well as Old Town Scottsdale with fantastic restaurants and nightlife.
