Scottsdale Luxury, Executive, Condominium-2 bed, den, 2 bath, 1600sq ft Condo IS Located in a lake and park community. Includes 2 pools and spas, and physical fitness center. Includes, tennis, fishing, (optional boating), volleyball, basketball, baseball.

Included is everything you may need for a few days or a few months. It truly is your home away from home! *Consumable items ”a predetermined amount of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc., will be provided at short term rate. Same items will be provided upon move-in with lease but will become responsibility of tenant to replenish for personal use.

-Provided utilities will consist of electric, water, basic expanded or digital cable and local phone service. Up to $120 of electric bill will be paid by owner; any overage will be paid by tenant. Long distance phone service and premium cable services will be the responsibility of the tenant. Basic Cable and High-speed internet available.
