It doesn’t get much better than this newly remodeled (2011) vacation rental in the chic, gated community of Kierland in North Scottsdale. Within the property you’ll find two heated swimming pools, hot tub, spa, exercise facility, outdoor BBQ deck, theatre room, meeting rooms, and covered parking.

This ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kierland condo boasts granite countertops, tile showers, king size beds, a pull out coach in the living room (comfortably sleeps 6), fully equipped kitchen, 3 plasma TVs, iPod docking station, washer and dryer, Blue ray/DVD player, wireless Internet, cable television and so much more!

We stayed here for two weeks this spring and had a great time.The apartment is very conveniently located and equipped with everything one needs. We would definitely love to stay there when we visit Phoenix next.

We had a great time. The weather was a little hot but still enjoyed it. The condo was great. Everything we needed was available except for bedding for the sofa bed. Also the condo listed one king bed and one queen bed. I think they were both queen beds. But still that did not present a problem at all. The location was great! Lots of shopping and eateries. Also near highways. Also the description stated that you were able to use the clubhouse pool and fitness room, but when we tried our key and card, it did not work and someone told us they changed the format and had picture I.D. cards now for entry. But once again, our pool was beautiful so there was no problem but the owner should be notified. All in all the place was great and we will be returning.
