This 2 bedroom 1 bathoom furnished condo is located in a prime North Scottsdale area - close to shopping and restaurants. Unit is on the second floor and features a beautiful kitchen with new cabinets and granite countertops, brand new flat screen TV, brand new queen bed, full walk-in closet and full-size washer & dryer. Second bedroom has a queen size futon. Unit also includes covered parking. Free wireless internet included.

Community property has two swimming pools, hot tub, a fitness center, a sauna and a steam room. The largest of the two pools is heated and located very close to the unit.

Area Information

Great north Scottsdale location near grocers, restaurants, drugstores, banks, and golf courses. Unit is located in North Scottsdale less than 2 minutes from Westworld (home to Barrett Jackson) and less than 4 miles from TPC Scottsdale (home to the Phoenix Open).

Great Place for a Great Price!!

Our family of 4 stayed here during the Christmas holiday, and it was just perfect for us. Not too big and not too small it was a place of our own while we visited family and friends in Arizona. It was close to eating places, areas for hiking, and freeways to get anywhere we needed to be. The workout room and heated pool were wonderful and we used them frequently! The owners were VERY easy to work with and communicated well with us. We would definitely rent the place again, and would recommend it to anyone looking at it!!
