Beautifully furnished and decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with authentic southwestern charm. Very comfortable and quiet setting with amazing views of Camelback Mountain peak. Fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, fireplace and covered patio. High thread count sheets, comforters and towels.

Area Information

Old Town Scottsdale neighborhood located between Scottsdale Rd and the Canal. Walking distance to the new Solari Bridge, Scottsdale Fashion Square with beautiful new Barneys, Modern Steak additions, Fifth Avenue shops, great restaurants, art galleries, The W and much more! Camelback Mountain hiking trailhead is 1.5 mile walk. Old Town Shops and restaurants and San Francisco Giants Stadium less than 1.5 mile walk. Safeway grocery, AJ Fine Foods and Trader Joe's in close proximity. WalMart Super Center a few miles within 10 minutes.

Fabulous February in Scottsdale

We just returned from a month at Kactus Wranch and agree with everything that has been said about this lovely and conveniently located condo. There are many things to see and do in Phoenix and Scottsdale is also a good starting point for day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott and Winslow. What no one has mentioned, however, is how pleasant and accommodating the owners were! Not only did they respond immediately to questions about the condo, they went out of their way to enhance our stay by giving suggestions about restaurants and sights to enjoy. We had regular email communications with them to the point where we are considering meeting them next summer as we all live in the Northeast. We would highly recommend this condo without reservation!!

We stayed at this Condo for over two weeks and found it very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities of home. The location is super, you are minutes away from Fashion Square, great restaurants, Talking Stick Casino and Old Town. We would highly recommend this beautifully decorated Condo that has a special view of Camelback Mountain.

This condo was more than we expected! We have rented other condos in Florida, England, Mexico, Bermuda and Kactus Wranch is the best condo we have stayed in. It is beautifully maintained with high end furniture and in a wonderful location!

We were delighted that the condo was in such a convenient area and yet was so quiet and private. It is beautifully furnished and in excellent condition when we arrived. I especially liked the kitchen area with its granite tiles and the large private balcony.

This is a beautiful condominium with a great location and a beautiful view of Camelback Mtn. The condo is beautifully decorated and the furniture and bedding are excellent. I was able to walk to the Scottsdale Fashion Square, Olive & Ivy and cross the bridge to Cowboy Ciao, Metro Brassiere and the Fifth Avenue Shopping and Arts district. This is a very quiet location with a nice pool and a private parking space. Loved it!!!!!!

I am a Giants fan and stayed at this condo last spring. Walking distance to the Scottsdale Stadium, the only thing in between was Old Scottsdale and a million nice restaurants. Very comfortable condo with great views and a nice big flat screen TV in the living room. Camelback Mountain hike is close by too! This is a first class place in a great location!! Go Giants!!!

We spent the spring vacation at this condo and loved it. This condo has all the comforts of home and more! The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with plenty of closet space. Very nice furniture and decorated like a designer home, not a condo rental property. The covered porch is very comfortable and has a gorgeous view. A great spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Cannot wait to visit this condo again, it was top of the line!
