I have attempted to rent this property for the past two years and have never had a response to my inquiry.It's unfortunate as we have been traveling back to Scottsdale for the past seven years and plan to continue that practice.We have always used VRBO and have never experienced such a lack of response.

This condo is in a terrific location. It's a ten minute walk to the endless entertainment opportunities, shopping and restaurants of Old Scottsdale. A full service grocery store is right next door. It's a five minute drive to the well maintained, challenging and affordable Continental par 60 golf course. In five minutes you can also be on the 101 loop for trips out of town. Did I mention the endless biking or hiking trail just down the street? The overall condo facility is well managed and TSVR quickly and effectively responded to the minor maintenance items that we drew to their attention. It was nice having free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities in the unit as well as the DVD player as it allowed us to catch up on rented movies from the Redbox in the grocery store. So why not a five star rating? The housekeeping prior to our arrival was adequate but not thorough, with dust and dirt accumulation in areas that are being routinely overlooked. Also the minor maintenance items that we noted (and were promptly fixed) should have been been routinely identified by either housekeeping staff or some other inspection of the property prior to occupancy. Finally, we would urge the owners to install a supplementary deadbolt or security device for use by occupants while in the condo. There's a combination lock on the door, but with the number of maintenance, housekeeping and owner representatives that have access it would be nice to be able to secure the unit at night. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this condo to family and friends.
