It is fully equipped and well maintained and very clean. The living area boasts a pull out couch for extra guests, washroom has been completely reno'ed and has large walk-in shower, bedroom has great walk-in closet, stacker/washer/dryer, patio looks out to private common area, sliding doors off master & living room to patio, complete with outdoor fan.

We welcome longer term guests as well as vacationers. Great for travelling health care professionals as close to all major hospitals and is very quiet for the professionals who may work nights.

All utilities are included in rental - great direct TV package for sports fans or movie buffs. Long distance plan for U.S. & Canada also available.(within reason)

The area is conveniently located close to golf courses, walking & biking trails, great shopping & wonderful restaurants.
