Our unit was fully renovated in late 2008 and has barely been used. It is centrally located near golf courses,
shops, freeways. The unit is a corner unit that overlooks one of the two pools at the complex. The property
has 2 swimming pool/ 2 jacuzzi s, lighted tennis, fitness center and plenty of open grass space to walk.
If you are looking for a very safe area, great location and incredible accommodations, this would be the perfect
winter property. Some of the features that are also included are HD TV with PVR, High Speed Wireless Internet,
large balcony with great view of the pool, professionally decorated and fully renovated.

• Deposits: A 20% advance payment required with reservation. Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $1200 damage deposit is required and will be refunded 7 days after departure. A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations. Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
