Optima’s immaculately groomed grounds include multiple water fountains and dramatic waterfalls, a putting green and two outdoor pools areas that feature gas grills and outdoor kitchens. Truly, an oasis in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale Arizona. The state of the art fitness facility includes basketball and racquet ball courts, an Olympic size indoor pool, steam room and Jacuzzi. This facility rivals most fitness clubs. Optima provides 24/7 on-site security, underground secured parking, elevators, business office, dry cleaning service, salons, and dine-in or take out restaurants. The 5th floor vacation rental itself is cheery, and light-filled by day as each room features floor to ceiling window walls. Both bedrooms have top of the line Estate series Stearns and Foster mattresses with luxury bedding and down pillows. The master features a Cal King and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen. Outstanding rental

I've looked at more than 50 condos in the Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix area. This is one of the most charming and best situated ones you'll ever find. The decor of the unit is lovely -- better than my own home! The condo is in a top-notch complex, very close to a hundred restaurants, major shopping, and great ammenities. I highly recommend this unit.
