Description of the Scottsdale vacation condo rental

Located in the heartbeat of Kierland at Greenway and Scottsdale Rd, is a hidden jewel of serenity. Walk outside your door and be in the pulse of North Scottsdales favorite shopping, eating, and golfing district. Utter the words Kierland Commons or Kierland Golf Club and be the envy of your friends.

Our large luxury master bedroom features a pillow-top king-size bed, walk in closet and a 32in flat screen TV. The second bedroom with a 20" TV offers a walk in closet with king or twin pillow tops. All bedrooms are appointed with expanded cable, wifi, custom duvets' and high thread count linens with lots of pillows to rest your head.
The spacious living area with has 42in flat screen TV, seriously comfortable sofa, and fully accessorized kitchen leaves you with the opportunity for a family size gourmet meal or a quiet simple evening. Add that the suite is "white glove" clean and you are assured a perfect vacation.

While the steak sizzles, watch your favorite sporting event on our outdoor plasma, soak in our Jacuzzi spa and watch a golfer take a swing on the 5th fairway all at the same time!

A roost for snowbirds...

Very nicely laid out condo that was clean and well equipped. There was an excellent work-out facility in the complex. Parking was good, accessibility was good. Very well maintained. We had no trouble finding grocery stores or restaurants. Shopping opportunities are everywhere. This was a ground floor unit with no view to speak of, and the one issue we did have was the incredibly frustrating erratic internet connection. Overall it was very positive, would rent again.

Condo was exactly as described. Clean, quiet and secure facilities. Shopping, restaurants and anything a visitor could possibly need was conveniently located. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay. Dana was amazing responding to any questions from booking until check out.

Great place to stay, have rented from them several times, this years condo was the best looking out onto the Kierland Golf Course. Close to great shopping, resturants and entertainment. Condo extremely clean and comfortable. Only complaint, it could have had more and better pillows. Would rent from them again.

A Father and Son Bonding Vacation at the Stay

Two pale and sun starved Canadians decided to embark on their first ever father and son week long vacation to experience Scottsdale Arizona and the hospitality of the south-west. Our fabulous experience started from our initial research and continued through the duration of our stay. First, the ease of use and access to the website and all of the information contained on it provided an accurate and fair description of our two bedroom unit at Kierland Common. Helpful links, maps and directions from the Airport were just a few of the positive aspects, however, the manger Dana Behnke made it all the more stress free. Through a series of emails, Dana answered many questions that we had involving golf and restaurant recommendations and once we were there on the scene we verified that all of her recommendations exceeded our expectations. The units itself was clean, spacious and had a number of key amenities for the two of us, including, a deck with two chairs, in unit washer and dryers and a full kitchen. Two spacious bathrooms and large walk in closets for each bedroom were a bonus for those travelers that tend to over pack!!! The large pool with waterfall, the gas fire pit and the exercise room were well used by both of us. We particularly noted and appreciated the hard work and effort that the grounds people put into the outside property with regular landscaping, debris blowers and a dedication to quality. What we enjoyed and appreciated was the fact that the units surrounding us were rental homes for a diverse group of tenants and this provided a special character not found at large resorts. The Stay at Kierland has a great central location in Scottsdale that provided easy shopping, walking distance to the wonderful shops and restaurants of Kierland Common and easy road access for journeys further afield. These two Canadians guys even had the pleasure of attending a Phoenix Coyotes hockey game in nearby Glendale, The recap then: customer service; cleanliness, spaciousness and a dedication to high degrees of property maintenance; amenity in the form of a fantastic pool area to relax and an exercise room to burn off holiday calories; a feeling of home and ease of access by rental car all contributed to a positive and lasting impression of all that the area can offer. We would love to return to the Stay sometime in the future and are excited by the opportunity to explore other Stay vacation rental properties for future father and son bonding

Unit was very clean and comfortable, spacious with all amenities. The pool and fitness centre were great. Unit is within walking distance to Keirland Commons and grocery shopping, great shopping and restaurants in the area. Also easy access to freeways and other Scottsdale and Phoenix attractions. The family and I vacationed at this property late Oct. While the guys were golfing the girls were shopping. The pool was perfect for the kids. We had a full house with a diverse age group. The location was absolutely perfect! There was something for everyone. The description is right on. Perfect inside and out. My buddies and I have stayed here every March for the last 5 years. Dana is a great host, she is awesome! The units are always nice, The pool, heated, overlooks the fairway at the Kierland Golf Club, the community is quiet. You can walk to Kierland Commons for food and drinks.

This condo was perfect for us. Dana does a great job of keeping her places clean. The Westin & Kierland commons is probably a 5 min walk. You can hang out by the pool and listen to the bag pipe player walking down the fairway at dusk, its pretty cool. We will be back for the 2011 Phoenix Open, love this place!
