Fountain Hills is located just off Hwy 87,just 30 minutes from Sky Harbour Airport, Small community with world's largest fountain just 15 minutes from downtown Scottsdale. Within minutes or just a few hours of many of Arizona's sites and attractions. Golf courses, shops, grocery stores and resaurants are within blocks of the condo.

My wife and I were newly retired when we arrange to stay in this unit in Jan 2012. We were unsure of the location as we did not know the Phoenix area well. This attractive complex was more than expected and located in one of the nicest communities we discovered in and around Phoenix… We found it to be a very well maintained complex with the pool & clubhouse right next to this unit’s building which was very handy for late night trips to hot tub! Unit has exterior staircase to 2nd floor entry which is easy to access from covered parking in front with beautiful sundeck and spectacular sunsets. The suite was well organized, supplied, appointed and extremely comfortable and included the amenities of home. Perfect as our first experience as snowbirds. Wifi in the suite made Skyping the kids, researching what to do and where to golf and generally tending to the electronic world, convenient. The location provided quick access via various highways and to the other parts of Phoenix however we spent most of our time in and around Fountain Hills/Scottsdale as there was everything you might need right there. Sedona was an easy day trip with lots of golf close by to keep us entertained. Everyone we met in complex and by the pool (from all over US and Canada) were friendly and helpful when we had any questions. We would not hesitate to recommend this unit to our friends and family and hope to stay here again in future.
