Your attractively decorated 2BR 2BA condo has complementary furnishings and wall coverings giving you a comfortable warm at-home feeling with a touch of class throughout, including a Jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace and a large patio or balcony. For additional privacy, you have the option of "locking/closing off" each of the 2 connected independently liveable suites and entering from separate exterior doors, providing an enjoyable villa-style living convenience. • Deposits: All deposits will be considered earned and non-refundable and any funds received will be applied under the cancellation policy as stated in the Short Term Lease Agreement to be agreed to and approved upon confirmation of the reservation.
   
• Other Fees: Any personal charges, damage or breakage to condo property needing repairing or replacing is the responsibility of the lessee and are to be reported to the front desk and paid directly by lessee at the front desk on or before checking out of the condo. You are not charged for regularly scheduled or departure cleaning fees.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Villa Mirage. The two grandsons had their own room with a small kitchen and used the hot tub, pool, and exercise room daily. Our unit was spacious and provided everything we needed. It was a great week.

Our week long stay at Scottsdale Villa Mirage was Fantastic. The Condo was even better than described. It was spacious, very clean, well decorated, with all the amenities and more. The 101 freeway was easy to access, making it simple to go to baseball and basketball games or anywhere else in the Phonix area. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was great, the tennis courts were top notch and the workout facilities were more than adequate. The staff was very helpful and happy to see that all our needs were met. The owner was very easy to work with. He delivered as promised. I would definitely stay at the Scottsdale Villa Mirage again!!!

We had a FABULOUS stay at Villa Mirage! It was everything & more that the owner described. Spacious, very beautifully docorated, quiet, convenient--it was perfect. There were TWO connected condos; thus we had two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen & also a kitchenette & bath for the sedond bedroom. The owner & the staff at Villa Mirage were so very helpful in accommodating us with one extra night (we loved it so much) I would stay here again in a minute.

Beautiful resort!! ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR. Condo extremely clean, beaufifully furnished and very comfortable. Felt at home. Superior customer service from the owner to housekeeping. Everyone affiliated with the resort was so helpful and friendly. Beautiful grounds and pool. Very relaxing atmosphere. Easy access to the 101 freeway, 4 miles to grocery and shops. Would definetly stay again and would recommend to everyone looking for a great resort.
