Description of the Scottsdale vacation condo rental

This luxury condo was just completely renovated this year. Conveniently located just off the loop 101 freeway in Scottsdale with easy access to the Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) and the many shopping centers in the area. With access to the 3 pools(two of them being heated) and just steps away from your front door. A fitness room, hot tub, tennis courts and a gas BBQ also convenient amenities. The condo comes with high speed Wi-Fi internet as well as cable and local phone. For the great entertainment pleasure there is a 52” LCD TV in the living room and 18” TV in the master bedroom. Brand new washer and dryer has been installed. All new appliances.

Aventura is a quiet family-oriented condo complex just east of the 101 at Shea and 96th. It is north of Old Town, it is really in the center of Scottsdale. The Scottsdale Healthcare hospital complex is right across the street. Plenty of retail is a few blocks away such as Frys, Home Depot, Borders, Best Buy, Sprouts, Whole food and lots more. For dining there are many family and high end options close by from pubs to Chinese, Italian and steak houses, and casinos too. Destination shopping malls such as Biltmore, Fashion Square, Paradise Valley Mall, and Kierland Commons are nearby.

Take day trips to Fountain Hills, Frank Loyd Wright House, Grand Canyon, Sedona and Tucson. It is located just 6 miles from Mayo Clinic.
