Sunscape Harmony is a relaxing, modern, newly remodeled, 2 bed/2 bath, vacation rental, comfortable for 4 people. This condo is located along the Continental Golf Course and the Scottsdale Greenbelt in a prime location. It is just blocks away from Major League Baseball spring training, upscale shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, browsing art galleries in Old Town Scottsdale, world class dining, night life and much more! The master Bedroom has a King bed with memory foam mattress top, king pillows, down comforter, 36 inch flat screen TV, newly remodeled stand up shower with granite countertops in the bathroom, ceiling fan with light dimmer, soundscapes harmony alarm clock and large closet. The second Bedroom has a Queen bed with memory foam mattress top, large closet, alarm clocks and bedside lighting located on each side and ceiling fan with light dimmer. There is an extra bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combo located next to this room. The living room has a large, comfortable, 3 piece sectional couch with chaise lounge, ceiling fan with light dimmer, wall mounted 42 inch flat screen TV, BlueRay disc/CD player, wireless, high speed internet, Cox digital cable and cordless phone. The kitchen has all major appliances with light maple cabinets, granite countertops, track lighting and an open floor plan to the cherry dining table that seats 4 people. New carpeting is located in the living room and bedrooms with ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms. The washer & dryer are conveniently located in the unit with additional laundry facilities located in the same courtyard. Relax on the large, balcony off of the living room and dine outside on the table and chairs or recline on the lounge chairs. The balcony is shaded by trees year round and surrounded by the sounds of water fountains located just steps from the condo. This condo is located close to the main, heated pool (2 heated pools onsite) with hot tub, updated fitness center with flat screen TVs, personal yoga studio and private movie theater.
