Description of the Scottsdale vacation condo rental

Bask in the Arizona sunshine year-round! Explore the 'desert magic' while relaxing in our Paradise Valley gated Marbeya condo gem. Our two bedroom, two bathroom sleeps four comfortably. (The couch pulls out for extra sleeping.) Find all the amenities and comforts of home here. Step outside our back porch where you can see the sparkling pool calling you. Retreat outside where you're sure to go home with a tan!

Area Information

We're located in the exclusive bedroom community of Paradise Valley, bordered by multi-million dollar homes. Enjoy golf at nearby Stonecreek Golf Course and Orange Tree Golf Course just blocks away; tennis across the street at La Camarilla tennis and fitness club; hiking at the Phoenix Mountain Preserves minutes away or walking along the Indian Bend Wash trail right outside our door.

Four grocery stores are located within a couple blocks--Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Albertson's, and Fry's Marketplace, along with numerous restaurants. You don't have to travel far to stock up on food!

Regional mall shopping is minutes away at Paradise Valley Mall (l.25 miles), Kierland Shopping (4 miles), Desert Ridge (7.33 miles), and Scottsdale Fashion Square (8.6 miles).

Mayo Hospital is minutes away.
