Reviews for this vacation guesthouse rental in Scottsdale, Arizona
November 8, 2014
I stayed in the Casita from Aug - Oct and I loved it. Its quiet and private. The only thing that I would suggest would be to get room darkening curtains on the sliding glass door in the family room. There is too much light to sleep on the pull out sofa due to the flood lights in the back yard. I would highly recommend this casita. Owners are very nice and honest!

Third visit's review - March-April 2014

I am leaving a more recent review and confirming again that this is a wonderful place! So much better than hotels and so much more affordable. The internet connection is excellent and very reliable too! Thank you Enrico and Lena for this precious opportunity.

You are mistaken we did not rent this property.

I would recommend Enrico's guest house for anyone staying in the Scottsdale area. He went above and beyond such as giving me olive oil when I forgot to buy it at the store, and letting me use the main house for package deliveries. House is clean and spacious, quiet and tranquil area. Enrico is a pleasure to work with.

Enrico's Casita is a GREAT place!
May 8, 2012
Was in need of a quiet getaway and this place was the perfect fit. The Casita was very comfortable and well equipped. I was able to make my grocery run and stay put for my entire stay. Very restful and just what I needed. Nice privacy and very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We returned from a two week stay here only yesterday. This casita was perfect in every way! Enrico and Lena had everything anyone could possibly want or need stocked already. From extra towels and linens, propane barbeque with propane and long matches, all pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, laundry detergent, toothpaste, shampoo and the list goes on. They were available but in a very unobtrusive way--we certainly knew we could call on them if we needed anything. The location was fantastic--in a lovely quiet neighborhood but very close to everything. It was amazingly close to shops, restaurants, movie theatre, highway--we found it very easy to get around. Very safe area--I walked every morning and never felt threatened, in fact everyone we came in contact with could not have been nicer. We have rented places in Rio, Puerto Rico and Costa Rica and this was by far the ultimate best. I would certainly recommend this casita and hope to stay here again. Thanks so much for everything, Enrico and Lena--we had a marvelous vacation. Doug and Irene

From our initial contact with Enrico via email, to the quick phone call response he provided, the booking of the accomodation was smooth, precise, friendly and fast. A phone call from the airport when we landed allowed us to touch base and be reassured someone would be at the guest house upon our arrival.( It was Easy to find) We were given a tour of the house, a couple sets of keys and a friendly welcome to call anytime we needed anything. Literally, the only things we needed were the clothes and personal items we brought from home. Everything else is provided. Grocery stores are closeby, as well, a plaza with movie theatre and restaurants. We brought a GPS for our vehicle, and nothing was all that far away from the guesthouse. The home was comfortable and provided us with many extras, including the washer and dryer, which was really handy to have available to us. There is a private little yard with a couple zero gravity chairs to sit back in and relax and watch the little bunnies hop around and enjoy the patch of grass that the owner provides for them. The owners even provided a variety of Scottsdale and area info magazines to get us started in "what should we do". Wonderful touch for us newbies to the area! : ) Upon our departure, we made arrangements to leave the keys, tidied up and literally just left as we had came one week earlier. The property was a perfect Get Away for this couple. The celebration of our 20th anniversary will not be soon forgotten. Thank you so much to the property owners! If the opportunity presents itself to return to Scottsdale, we will certainly stay with you again, and would recommend to anyone! H & A

SECOND STAY WAS EVEN BETTER
July 28, 2011
Once again we stayed at this casita while in Scottsdale. This stay was even better than the last. Some nice upgrades, very roomy, and close to markets, theaters and places to eat. Especially like the classic car show right down the road. We highly recommend this casita, you will not be dissappointed. Bravo to the owners!

Cozy, comfortable and completely furnished.

You couldn't want a nicer place to stay in Scottsdale, AZ. The casita was very clean and well furnished — with everything you might need. We were able to buy groceries and cook our meals in a well-equipped kitchen, saving the cost of eating out. The owners were warm and welcoming, yet unobtrusive, too. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Nice Little House!
April 12, 2011
We enjoyed the privacy and how quiet the casita was. It was great for us to have our own kitchen and laundry. The casita is well stocked with linens, towels, glasses and dishes.
