This modern masterpiece is set right in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. If you are looking to get the true Scottsdale experience look no further. This 1640 sq. ft. Patio Home features two bedrooms, and is located just two blocks from Scottsdale Rd off of McDowell and 77th. This beautiful "Tuscan Inn" has all you need to feel right at home. The home was completely renovated in August of 2005 so don't miss your chance to be among those to enjoy all the newness.

The home features all the finer luxuries of home away from home including, new appliances, extra large kitchen, Brazilian stone tile, washer/dryer, private yard for entertaining, 2 car garage with remote.

A private Master Retreat up-stairs, all new furnishings throughout the home. The master bedroom includes a cal-king bed with a pillow-top mattress, reading lamp and nightstand, as well as a very comfortable reading chair, floor lamp, ceiling fan, six-drawer dresser, TV and VCR/DVD player. The Master bath has a huge walk-in closet complete with hangers and his/her laundry baskets. The Bathroom has a glass block shower wall and stone tile (extra large) shower with a stone tile bench, double vanity sinks, rain head shower, cotton towels and fully stocked.

The second bedroom has queen pillow-top bed, full-length closet, hangers, and sliding doors leading to back patio, ceiling fan, TV, six-drawer dresser and nightstand with reading lamp. The Living area has a beautiful stone tile fireplace, remote control ceiling fan, plush couch and chair with a reading chair, TV, DVD player. Office station with printer and wireless high speed dial-up. Beautiful landscaped front entry to home. Walking distance to Star Bucks,Post Office, grocery stores and much more.

This condo was beautiful.The owner was wonderful to deal with,but the best part of all was the walking distance to restaurants,post office,grocery,drug store and park.We stayed April and May and had a great time. This is the only place we'd stay in the future.

What a lovely place to spend your time in Scottsdale. Besides the decor, the 2 level condo is spacious including the kitchen and patio. The high-speed wireless internet is a plus. Dealing with the owners and on-site manager made us feel very welcome. If you like easy access to all of Scottsdale with minimal traffic, this is the place. You can bet I'll be back here again.
